Every time we clean your home, we'll leave behind our Wonder List.  As we work, we check off each task, so we don't miss anything, and you can see exactly what was done.  The list serves as your invoice and receipt.  It's where we'll leave you notes.  And it contains important reminders.  The Wonder List is a great communication tool.

Reminders
  • We don't want to accidentally throw anything away that you might need.  So, while we will happily empty trash, recycle, and food waste bins, we don't add to them.  You'll want to place trash in the trash bins before we arrive.
  • We don't know where your things belong and can't put them away.  While we happily clean around clutter, we don't move your out-of-place items to clean under them.  If an area is excessively cluttered, we skip it and move on to another.
  • Children cannot remain in rooms where we are cleaning and are not to be left alone in the home while we are there.
  • If you have an aggressive pet, please confine your pet before we arrive and leave a note on the outside of the front door to let us know where the animal is. Otherwise, we will not enter your home, and you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We cannot be responsible for extremely valuable items.  Please secure valuables before we arrive.
  • If anyone in your household is ill, please call to cancel as soon as possible.
  • For the health of our family and yours, we are a strictly non-smoking cleaning service.  We do not clean the homes of smokers, regardless of whether they smoke inside or outside the home.  Please don't allow guests to smoke in your home, either, which is a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Non-emergency cancellations given with less than 48 hours' notice or excessive cancellations may incur a cancellation fee up to your original quote.  We understand life happens, so for our regular customers, there's no charge for your first cancellation each year.
  • By using our cleaning service, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy posted on our website at www.TheWonderMaids.com.
